They were chilling in the cold with Jack Daniel, and me with Bud.
Suddenly, Ashok's mobile rang... The call was from Manish's Side. He informed that there was a group going to Niagara next morning, he gave one mobile number, Ashok called on that number... Fortunately or unfortunately there was only ONE seat left in the cab. We were two person , Me & Himanshu... It was 12:30 am, then we decided that I am going alone as Himanshu was not interested.
The tour was organized by Mr.Sriram, He picked me early in the morning around 5:00 AM.
It was White VolksVegan, i was very happy by seeing the car, and thought that the journey would be very comfortable... but that was only a mis-understanding ….lol
One person(RK) was already in that car, then he piked me and we moved to Rochester Hills to pick SARATH. Then we proceed towards the actual gathering place, and changed the cab.
IT was a 14 seater VAN, in not so good, not so bad condition. It contains three rows having capacity of 3 ppl and last forth row with capacity of 4 ppl.Me, Sarath took the first row, and RK sits next to Sriram then came Satish with his parents, they three took second row. Then we proceed towards CANDELWOOD hotel(correct me guys if i am wrong) to pick Yashwant with his wife and cute son Pawan also Deepika and Mahesh. this was the GM group. After that we proceed towards Sterling Heights, Extended Stay Hotel to pick Deb and Swapnil, they were doing research in GM to complete there Phd. At last we went to Famington Hills to pick Niranjan, And starts out memorable journey. First of all i was not able to sleep last night properly, so i completed my sleep, after some time when we catch Highway(I think IN275), i was in the direction of SUN so i was not able to sleep.. Thanks to the SUN :)In our group, Deepika, Mahesh, Yashwant, Swapnil, and Deb know each other from some time.. and they were not unknown, so they started the introduction, we got introduced with each other. We were from 3Big Companies of MICHIGAN(GM, Chrysler & Ford), rivals of each other.. but we were frnds... lol
First session was just of introduction, then we stop for some refreshment and breakfast at McD's in OHIO. I took a chicken sandwich with coke and cookie as suggested by my frnd SARATH. It was a break of around 30 Mins.
We started again, then we started the most time passing, all time hit and favorite game of all INDIANS----> ANTAKSHRI....
It was the team of front and back ppls that is Me Sarath and Niranjan in 1 team and Deepika, Mahesh, Swapnil Deb and Yash al in other team(3:5....lol) as it was the most interesting game for INDIANS, it starches for very long...
We enjoyed a lot playing... It was very long Journey of about 400Miles around 9Hrs Drive...
Then we took 2nd break at SUBWAY, dnt know the exact place...
The way was also quite interesting... At around 5:00PM we finally reach NIAGARA.
Hotel was pre booked by Sriram, so we checked in Hotel and without wasting much time we went to see the FALLS...
We were late, so we know that the MAID OF THE MIST and CAVE OF THE WINDS will be closed. so we take a combi tickets of all the interests of NIAGARA..
At First, we decided that as the main attraction would be closed, so we went to see he MOVIE in which we came to know a lot about NIAGARA, HOW the fall was discovered....
Also HOW the BLACK cat become WHITE after falling from the FALL in a barrel with that old lady(This is only for those ppl who were with me that time.. lol)Then we proceed towards the FALL........... Atlast all the wait was over... We were in front of the World's biggest ..... AWESOME ... THE NIAGARA FALS..... Belive me it was really AWESOME.. I AM LACK OF WORDS DESCRIBING THAT GEORGIOUS NIAGARA FALLS...
IT was very cold... Temperature was about 35F, we were sheevring...we were not wearing any woolen... we left all our jackets in the VAN.
We were so much amazed that we dont want to miss a single moment of that Lovely NIGHT SEEN of fall....
We were on th US side of the fall... other side is CANADA, at night, they put different colors of lights on he fall which adds the flavor to the fall, really that sight was awesome and cant be described in words.
Then we went to the OBSERVATION tower of Niagara fal... We clicked so many pics from all the cameras... my camera was the best amongst all... I am not saying this thing... every one else were envy of my camera. ….am i right Deepika??? lol....
at tat time we had 2 different groups amongst 14 of us, RK and Satish family with Sriram were in different group and enjoying there own, after every thing we start walking on the roads of NIAGARA, like we want to explore each and every thing there..
Then we went to a Punjabi Restaurant ant took dinner there, it was of $13, and that restaurant was suggested by Sriram, So its SriRams Types... lolzz
After that we start clicking pics... and we entered into the Haunting House without ticket ..for our so called photography....
We clicked so many pics... also we were not clicking the pics .. but disturbing others in clicking... that was really a fun in destroying the pics.....
Then we reach the hotel HOTEL RED CARPET... we were so tired.... but I want to go for a walk in the cold weather with chilling winds...
so I asked everyone for Coffee.... every one said a big NO... but Deb was ready so Deepika, Swapnil , Niranjan and Mahesh were get ready for coffee.. then we went to Burger King.. as it was the only open outlet for coffee [:)]
After Coffee we finally return to the hotel. Before sleeping.. it was decided for early wake up next morning at around 5:00 or 5:30 am. And it was unbelievable that the whole group was ready on time, including girls(Only ONE [:)]). After that we took a complementary breakfast of Donuts and cheese, and Orange juice.
Then starts our Final Journey ….. Journey to the FALLS……………….
It was near Halloween, so most of the houses are decorated with pumpkins in the image of ghosts.. It was really a very good to see the different culture.
We were so much amazed that we dont want to miss a single moment of that Lovely NIGHT SEEN of fall....

It was a very huge line for the raincoat, so we decide to go to the other side of the fall.
Really speaking… I thank god that the lien was very huge…. Otherwise we will miss the original THE NIAGARA FALLS. The fall which we were assuming was the American Fall, and which is very small in comparison with the Huge NIAGARA Falls.
The Specialty there is Two Rainbows at the same time. The view was really amazing.
I was lack of words in explaining the American Fall, so it is quite obvious, that I cant explain NIAGARA FALLS(Horse Shoe Fall).
Then after that we return to the point from where we have to enter Cave of the Winds,
We were all set with our YELLOW Rain coat,
The cave of wins are like, we were just below the American fall, we can take the fall on our head. That was also awesome experience. We were all wet that time. Fall was falling near us…. The flow was unbelievable, and we were below the falls…. Water was soooo cold .. we enjoyed a lot there…… then we have to stay in the sun for a long time…
We enjoyed the sun, as it is helping us in drying ourself, with a hot chocolate shake.
After that an interesting thing happens, there was a girl, searching her mother, in full tension…. We looked at her and request her to click our photograph…. That was really a joke for us when we realize that she was in search of her mother and we request her for photograph……
Then our group was divided… divided into 3 different group….
I was with Swapnil, Deb, Niranjan, Sarath and Deepika. Mahesh was with Yash and his family.
And Satish’s Family, RK and SriRam. So proceeding further, we went to the MAID OF THE MIST. In the way, we were in the bus, Swapnil meet his friend with her boyfrnd. I dnt know why he was blushing … we start pulling his leg in this matter…. He was blushing and continues……
We finally reached for the MAID OF THE MIST. There we got blue Raincoat, and when we were all set , properly dressed, then we boarded a steamer, which takes us under the main NIAGARA Fall’s MIST. Then we saw the huge FALL from front.
It was really AWESOME…….

The view was clicked in our eyes only as we cant take picture there, as we were in between of
mist. There is water all around….. Then again we need the sun to dry our clothes…These are the main attraction there. There was a mini aquarium. It was not as good as the Sheed’s Aquarium, Chicago. But we were there, so something is gonna happen there also.
There was a big open space for Sea Horse, for an evening show, but we were looking that space from top. And our Great Deepika drops her Shades into the pool, just near to a sleeping Sea Horse. As the shades fall near Sea horse, he waked up and start playing with the shades, and eat the glass of so called RayBan Glasses… now those Shades are PAST..
After this we went out and as time was running like a jockey on a horse in a race, we have to leave for Detroit. So we took Lunch, and start our journey back…
Our returning Journey was also memorable, we again start playing ANTAKSHRI.
Now the team is like Me with Deepika and Mahesh. And other team is Niranjan, Sarath, Deb, Swapnil, Yash so again I am in team with less members(again 3:5 ).
But now our team rocks again…………
Finally we reach Burger King where we took Dinner, and then our Memorable Trip ends with dropping everyone to their destination.
